- Intro call. A short phone or video call about the business, the goal, the timeline, and what is not working today.
- Secure intake. You receive a private link to send project details, logos, photos, and documents in one place.
- Plan and scope. You get a written plan with the pages, features, timeline, and price before the build starts.
- Build with private previews. Review progress on your own phone and computer, then send feedback in plain words.
- Launch. Domain and DNS, email records, redirects from old pages, analytics, Search Console, Bing, and your Business Profile link, checked live after launch.
- Support. Updates, fixes, and improvements continue online with the same person who built it.

Do you work with businesses outside Tennessee?
Yes. ChampEntra works online with businesses anywhere in the United States, and meets in person around Estill Springs and, by arrangement, across Middle Tennessee and Northern Alabama.
How do we meet if we are not local?
By phone or video call. Screen sharing is used when it helps to walk through a page, an app screen, or an account setting together.
How do I send logos, photos, and documents?
ChampEntra sends a private intake link for project details and files, so nothing gets lost in email threads. Never send passwords or verification codes by email or text.
Who owns the website and the accounts?
We recommend keeping your domain, Business Profile, analytics, and similar accounts in your business name and giving ChampEntra access by official invite. Ownership of the finished work is written into your project scope.
Is a remote project priced differently?
Remote projects are scoped and priced the same way as local ones, after a review of the pages, features, workflows, and support the business needs.
